Il est clair que c’est le moment d’acheter une voiture .... ... Une maison certainement pas, puisque le marché de l’immobilier n’a pas encore épuré ses actifs pourris .
Il faut attendre que le taux du marché de l’immobilier recolle à la réalité (voir mon commentaire ci-dessous).

2011, je vous trouve bien positif, je pense au contraire que c’est en 2011 que nous ressentions les réels effets de la crise .
La comparer à 1929 n’est pas super censé, mais observer l’inertie de la crise de 1929 peut être un bon indicateur de ce qui nous attend sur le long terme .

Il semblerai que la sortie de crise sera annoncée par la révision au "juste prix" de l’immobilier, d’après les spécialistes .

Traduction : Lorsque des sociétés de gestion immobilière, des agences immobilières et des particuliers seront ruinés parce que leur bien aura été acheté plus cher que sa valeur réelle, là nous sortirons de la crise, les actifs toxiques seront sortis du marché ....

Je ne suis pas économiste mais on m’a toujours dit "quand le bâtiment va, tout va".
Donc lorsque l’immobilier sera au "taux juste" nous pouvons prévoir la VÉRITABLE CRISE puisque nombre de personnes vendront à perte, d’autres auront des biens qui ne valent plus rien, le marché immobilier se crispera.

En clair le plus dur est à venir, nombre d’entreprises de construction risquent de fermer leurs portes .Nous ne sommes donc qu’aux prémices de la crise, à moins que je n’ai rien compris ...

Le rôle des politiques est de rassurer tout le monde pour décrisper les marchés mais la réalité est tout de même là .
Les conséquences des licenciements, des fermetures d’entreprises, des fusions, des chômages techniques ne se ressentiront réellement que dans un minimum de 18 mois (le temps que les gens n’aient plus d’ASSEDIC)

La régulation du marché de l’immobilier achèvera le travail .(des maisons ne valant plus que la moitié du prix d’achat, des crédits à rembourser, des entrepreneurs qui ferment, des investisseurs ruinés)

Nos élites se veulent rassurantes, je ne sais pas ce qui les retiens de nous dire la vérité : "La peur sans doûte" ..

Les salaires des grands patrons gagnant jusqu’à 1 000 années de SMIC en un an ne sont indexés sur aucun résultat :


- Ils peuvent conduire leur entreprise à la ruine et gagner plus .

- Ils peuvent être virés et gagner plus . (parachutes dorés)

- Ils peuvent licencier et délocaliser et gagner plus.
