You claim that the French Senate is dominated by socialists and communists when in reality the Senate has always had a majority to the right of the political spectrum.

You insult our intelligence by repeating the old song about the Americans saving France from hitlerism out of kindness when we all know it took the US a very long time to join WW2 ; she did it against public opinion when she realized it was in its own interest to do so.

As for the rest of your verbal diarrhea, it shows you as the typical supporter of the US neocons.

Yes our churches are nearly empty. Few of us want a return to the obscurantism of the old testament ; a filthy book full of gore and violence whose aim is to oppress people through fear.

Before passing judgement on France in her difficult search for both social justice and economic progress you should start by looking at what is happening at home.

You dare to give lessons about illegal immigration when in the US you have between 7 and 20 millions illegal immigrants (depending who is counting), 500.000 a year. Nearly 14 millions people live in mixed status families in which the head of the household or the spouse is in the US illegally.

Look at the way your own government treats its poor, how inequal your health service is, how thousands of young Americans join the army in order to be able to pay for their education (2.500 have lost their lives in Irak for nothing at the last count).

And look at the corruption of your own political system in the hands of powerful lobbies economic and religious.

Maybe next time you choose to insult out intelligence you will do it with more facts and less slogans.

Finally one suggestion, start by trying to learn our language, it might just open your narrow mind.
