Parfaitement d’accord, mais statistiquement, il y en aurait des millions, sur une courbe de Gauss, bien moins enviables.

Faites un petite manip, tapez sur google "Foreclosure forums", vous allez halluciner des appels à l’aide. Le premier de la liste, dans ce forum, c’est un pauvre retraité de 61 ans qui ne peut plus payer, et va se faire lourder :

"my worry is what would happen if i let the house go to forclosure,i tried to get a loan modification,with my lender,but no answer from them im 61 years old and no longer can keep working long hours just to pay the morgage,i found an apt i can afford after retirement,anybody knows what will happen if i let it go to forclosure,im not late yet,but no longer i can afford a $1,629.92 payment,anybody help please.dont mind loosing the house,will not be able to finish paying it anyway"

Si vous prenez les chiffres que j’ai indiqué plus haut, il y en a 3 millions comme ça, rien qu’en 2008.
