"my worry is what would happen if i let the house go to forclosure,i tried to get a loan modification, with my lender, but no answer from them im 61 years old and no longer can keep working long hours just to pay the morgage,i found an apt i can afford after retirement, anybody knows what will happen if i let it go to forclosure,im not late yet,but no longer i can afford a $1,629.92 payment, anybody help please.dont mind loosing the house, will not be able to finish paying it anyway"
